Stylish for family and friends! Leslie Mann, Maude Apatow, Beanie Feldstein, olivia wilde, Rosie Perez, Follow the wonders of Sui, Rosanna Arquette, Gayle Kingand more celebrities attended the “Through Her Lens: Tribeca Chanel Women in Filmmaker Program Annual Luncheon” held at Locanda Verde in New York City on September 17.
The event marked the start of an annual three-day symposium hosted by Tribeca and Chanel and celebrated the ten emerging female filmmakers selected for this year’s program.
One hundred female leaders from across the entertainment industry, including actors, artists, musicians, directors, writers, producers, casting directors, and costume designers came together to show their support—and they did it all in style way to express your support.
Mann wore a red and black leather skirt with a white top, adding color to her look with accessories and makeup from the luxury fashion house, while her daughter Apatow wore a buff and white cashmere jumper shirt, paired with designer ivory shorts and Chanel accessories.
Tribeca CEO and co-founder Jane Rosenthal welcomed A-list attendees, who also attended the ninth annual event wearing chic apparel from the brand’s various collections.
“You can’t take this room for granted,” she said. “Look around and see who is sitting next to you. The way we support each other is unique to the Through Her Lens program.”
Rosenthal continued, “Over the past 10 years, we have supported nearly 100 emerging filmmakers and produced 40 short films. The shorts have screened at Tribeca, Sundance, and Toronto. Netflix, HBOMax, Searchlight, our alumni have directed critically acclaimed feature films and some of television’s most prestigious shows, and they’re all working.
