TMZ broke the story… Nikki requested Sole legal and physical custody About Matteo…and in her divorce filing, she checked the box to prevent the court from awarding spousal support to her or Artem.

According to Artem’s new filing, the estranged couple appear to be fighting over child custody and spousal support.
Artem and Nikki agreed on two things in their divorce filing… They both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation and listed August 29th as the date of separation. Artyom arrested Felony bodily injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
