Donald Trump A wild conspiracy theory about Haitian immigrants eating American pets was raised during Tuesday’s debate Kamala Harris The stage was filled with laughter.
Trump issues his bizarre response after ABC News host David Muir Ask the Republican presidential nominee why he vetoed a bill in Congress to secure the southern border.
DT began by echoing Kamala’s previous statement that people leave Trump rallies early because they are tired of his tactics.
Trump falsely claimed that no one went to Kamala’s rally except those who rode the bus and paid for it, the Democratic presidential candidate. Kamala turned to Trump, smiled, and stared at him in confusion.
Trump then railed against the millions of undocumented immigrants flooding into our country. He said these immigrants – known as Haitians – were eating cats and dogs in Springfield, Ohio.
Kamala couldn’t help herself and started giggling while shaking her head in disbelief.
Muir fact-checked Trump on the spot, quoting a Springfield city manager who said no pets were harmed in the city.
