A very bad Tuesday night turned very bad for Donald Trump.
Convicted felon blasted by Vice President Kamala Harris during a debate – at one point Trump claimed “people on TV” said immigrants have been eating pets – here’s what finally happened :
Taylor Swift supports Harris for President of the United States.
“Like many of you, I watched tonight’s debate,” the superstar wrote at the beginning of a lengthy social media statement.
“If you haven’t done so already, now is a good time to research current issues and where these candidates stand on the topics that matter most to you.
“As a voter, I will be sure to watch and read everything about the policies and programs they propose for this country.”
Swift then brought up Trump’s lame and desperate attempt weeks ago to pretend to have her support.
“Recently I realized that ‘my’ artificial intelligence had mistakenly endorsed Donald Trump’s presidential campaign being posted to his website,” the artist continued.
“It really made me fearful of artificial intelligence and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It led me to the conclusion that as a voter, I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election.
“The easiest way to combat misinformation is with the truth.”
Taylor then dropped the truth bomb that Trump has feared for years might soon explode.
Swift writes this:
I will be voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 presidential election.
I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for rights and I believe she needs a warrior to defend them.
I think she is a steady, gifted leader, and I believe we can accomplish more in this country if we lead with calm rather than chaos.
I’m inspired and impressed by her choice of running mate @timwalz, who has been championing LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and women’s right to their own bodies for decades.
Swift, who was known to stay out of politics until October 2018, has endorsed a number of Democratic candidates in her home state of Tennessee.
Amid the highest-grossing tour in music history, with a fan base as passionate as any celebrity, many onlookers have been wondering whether Swift will be involved in the 2024 presidential election.
We now have the answer.
“I’ve done my research and made my choice,” she concluded.
“Your research is entirely up to you, and the choice is yours. I would also like to say, especially to first-time voters: remember, in order to vote, you must be registered! I also find it easier to vote early Much more.
“I will link registration locations and find early voting dates and information in my story.”
Swift is an avid feline lover and even signed a note from a “cat lady without kids” quoting Trump’s running mate J.D. Vance in describing someone he believes is ruining the country words used when.
We guess your move, rock boy.
