Here’s the thing… Kickoffs have been drastically changed this season to allow for fair catches and designate when defenders can pursue the ball carrier… with a focus on reducing the likelihood of serious injury to high post players – the risk game.
DT seems to be one of the people who thinks this change is bad… and they’re complaining about it on Truth Social as the 2024 season begins this weekend.
“I can’t believe the NFL actually canceled the always exciting kickoff return. Such an exciting part of the game of football. What are they doing? The beginning of the end!” the former president wrote.
