We caught up with “El Gallo” less than two months before their big showdown in Dallas… even though Iron Mike medical emergency That forced them to postpone the game from its original July date, and he’s sure everything is fine now.
“I’m not worried,” Paul tells us. “He’s doing great. He’s very healthy behind the scenes and feels great.”
In fact, the 27-year-old Paul said that despite the huge age difference with the 58-year-old Tyson, he will not back down and will go all out to knock out his opponent.
“Pro boxing means war and I don’t take that lightly,” Paul added. “You could get seriously injured there. So, if you’re not going there to fight, you should get out.”
In terms of strategy, Paul revealed he’ll be extra cautious early in the fight… but it sounds like he’s counting on Tyson to run out of gas as the night progresses.
The two will finally face off at AT&T Stadium on November 15th… and Netflix will stream the entire event.
