A source told the outlet that Julia and Danny have reached a point where they want to be different.
He’s enjoying a more relaxed life these days, while she’s excited about her current career renaissance.
“One of her biggest concessions recently was moving her family here from San Francisco [where they bought a home in 2020] Back in Malibu,” the insider said (via Yahoo News).
The move was reportedly to appease Danny “who misses his surfing and industry connections.”
“But things are not looking good now as they have readjusted to the L.A. lifestyle. She does her thing, he does his. They live different lives,” the insider said.
“They even had multiple houses and often lived apart.”
Julia’s Second Act
Insiders say many of the couple’s issues stem from Julia’s recent busy work schedule.
“She used to travel around making movies,” the source said.
However, now that Julia and Danny’s three children are teenagers, “she wants to take on more work.”
2022 and 2023 are both big years for Julia ticket to paradise and leave the world behind A huge success.
“Julia is in one of the biggest romantic comedies of the past decade and then back-to-back roles in Netflix’s biggest movies of 2023, which gives Julia extra clout,” the insider noted.
“Julia was anxious, but her job was engrossing her and her marriage was in trouble.”
So, despite what some may think, the couple’s predicament has nothing to do with Julia’s “blow-in” with Travis Kelce.
What’s next for Julia and Danny?
Sources say Danny and Julia aren’t ready to call it quits just yet.
But they realized they needed to put some work into their marriage if they wanted it to work.
“They’ve had a lot of ups and downs over the years,” the source said.
“Hopefully they can find some kind of balance between her professional and personal life again. Ultimately, she doesn’t want her marriage to fail – and neither does he.
