NFL superstar Cooper’s coup Just parted ways with him An Oregon mansion… considering all the bells and whistles and indoor training facilities that come with it – it looks like the new buyer is getting a huge deal.
TMZ Sports It’s understood that the Los Angeles Rams receiver recently sold a 5,700-square-foot property in Wilsonville for $3 million — a price that seems very acceptable when you consider everything the place has to offer.
The gated home sits on four acres and features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, hardwood floors, French doors, a large gym and a separate guest house.
It also has its own training facility — a 4,600-plus-square-foot building Kupp installed so he can continue training during the NFL offseason.
It was originally listed for $3.5 million…and was eventually sold to kendra ratcliffe This week’s LUXE.
As for why Kupp parted ways with the pads – he wasn’t hurting for cash… we’re told he’s spending more time in California these days than he and his family planned.
