Brittany Cartwright Her marriage is ending…she just filed for divorce Jax Taylor.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star filed for divorce on Tuesday after five years of marriage, according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.
In the doc, Brittany cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The estranged couple previously announced their separation in February, with Brittany listing the date of separation as January 24, 2024.
Brittany and Jax have one child together… their 3-year-old son Cruz …Brittany is seeking primary legal and physical custody…with open visitation to Jax.
Brittany also hopes to prevent the court from awarding spousal support to either of them.
Brittany files for divorce after Jax Leaving treatment center and is back to work on his new Bravo reality show, “The Valley.”

Brittany and Jax started dating back in 2015… They got engaged in June 2018 at Neptune’s Net in Malibu and tied the knot in June 2019 at the Kentucky Castle in Versailles, Kentucky.
They went through a lot together on “VPR,” then documented many marital challenges on “The Valley” season 1…and now they’re divorcing.
We reached out to Jax’s reps… and they had no comment.
