nicki minaj She’s got an angry barb on her hands – one of her ardent fans claims Nikki publicly shamed him, calling him a mentally unstable stalker…so, now he’s suing.
The New York rapper is named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by plaintiffs Tamer Peak In Los Angeles Superior Court, the charges painted Nikki as an outright bully.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Tamir described himself as one of Nicki’s most ardent followers over the past 15 years and claimed he helped her career by promoting her 2023 album Pink Friday 2.
But Tamir said things began to sour in 2017, when Nikki went through a “Nikki Hate Train” phase, according to the lawsuit, which led her to accuse fans — like Tamir — of being paid spies sent to undermine her.
He claims Nikki publicly mocked him, once invited him to her hotel for a video shoot and embarrassed him in front of 100,000 viewers on Instagram Live.
Doctors say Nikki also abused him during Super Bowl weekend events in 2020 when her husband, Kenneth Pettybeating him. Peake said Nicki later sent him a private message mentioning the incident.
Then in 2024, he said he received messages from others saying Nicki wanted him to “stop saying stupid things,” which hurt his reputation with fans.
Tameer claims Nicki also targeted him on Twitter (now X) during several Stationhead sessions, where she would interact live with fans.
During one meeting, Nicky allegedly wrote: “Obviously, you know, they don’t have to be a full basket at the picnic.” Peake took this to mean that he was mentally unstable or intellectually deficient.
In another letter, he said Nikki accused him of being “a sandwich short of a picnic” and received a check from the government, suggesting he was on welfare.
Nikki then allegedly called Tamir a “stalker” posing as a member of her team.
