Vancouver, British Columbia (CelebrityAccess) — Rock Legend Daryl Hall He stopped midway through a concert in Vancouver after telling the audience he felt too sick to continue.
The veteran performer had just performed three songs during the PNE Fair Summer Nights concert series at the Pacific Coliseum on Wednesday when he sat down at the piano on stage and told fans he had to stop and wasn’t feeling well. .
He then left the stage and the concert ended.
In a statement shared on social media, the singer’s management said Hall tested positive for the coronavirus and has since canceled Friday’s performance at the Boise Open in Albertsons, Idaho.
The statement added: “Daryl is very sad to have to cancel and would like to thank the many concerned fans for their well wishes.”
A PNE representative told the Vancouver Sun that Hall hopes to return to the market as soon as possible and that ticket holders will receive a full refund for the show based on their original purchase method.
