Lily AllenShe’s faced some brutal criticism online… with people slamming her character after she admitted she abandoned a rescue puppy because it chewed up her family’s passports.
The actress tells her story “Miss me?” podcast, and revealed that the dog she adopted in 2021 turned out to be a hungry puppy… chewing just about everything he could fit between his teeth.
One of those delicious forbidden foods – her passport and the children’s passports with visas still stuck inside…the puppy apparently tore them up.
LA says the dog ‘ruined my life’, spent time and money getting passport replaced… and blocked her children, Ethel and Marniefrom seeing their biological father Sam Cooper Because she and her husband live in New York David Harbor Sam lives across the ocean in England.
Allen said she took the dog back to the shelter, adding that it was a badly behaved dog and the passport was just the last straw … and now her family is considering adopting another puppy.
This is going around the internet as you can imagine…people claiming Ellen shouldn’t be allowed to adopt another dog and sharing their own stories of their pets destroying their belongings – say this There is no reason to abandon your furry friends.
Anyway… Lily is ready to give pets another try, but the next dog better watch out for where its teeth are dented. Talk about a short leash!
