Tony McFall ——Stuntman who works as a stand-in for Hollywood stars Chris Pratt – Died from heart disease, most likely caused by acute alcohol poisoning caused by heavy drinking over a long period of time.
In new documents obtained by TMZ, the Orange County, Florida medical examiner officially announced that Tony’s cause of death was a heart valve problem that caused an irregular heartbeat.
The ME said factors that contributed to Tony’s death included alcoholism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease… also known as COPD, a common lung disease that restricts airflow and causes breathing problems.
Tony’s autopsy showed he had a history of alcoholism…and there was information about his BAC during his physical exam…the ME stated the concentration was 0.29%. For reference, the legal BAC limit for driving in most states is 0.08.
TMZ broke the story… Tony died in Mayand his mother donna Telling us her son’s death was unexpected and shocking.
Emergency responders said the daredevil was found dead in his home and it sounded like he had been there for some time because his body was decomposed.
The ME officially classified his death as an accident. Tony is only 47 years old.
Chris and Tony have worked on many movies together…including the Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World series.
