ELMONT, N.Y. (CelebrityAccess) — UBS Arena and the New York Islanders announce the appointment of sports and entertainment veteran Adam Cross as senior vice president of corporate partnerships .
In his new role at UBS Arena and the Islanders, Cross will oversee all corporate partnerships, partner activation and strategy for the venue and team, reporting to Oak View Group’s executive vice president of global partnerships, Ryan Brach report.
Adam Cross previously served as senior vice president of corporate partnerships at Harris Blitzer Sports and Entertainment, where he led partner strategy across the company and the Business Solutions team.
He also spent ten years at Six Flags, where he served as vice president of corporate alliances and played a role in the development of Six Flags, the first national media platform for digital outdoor theme parks.
Cross began his career working in sports and entertainment with the New York Yankees.
“I have known Adam for a long time and have admired the industry relationships, work ethic and unique partnerships he has built throughout his career,” said Ryan Brach, executive vice president of global partnerships at Oak View Group. “He is the right person to lead our team of UBS Arena and NY Islanders corporate partners and look forward to achieving great things together.”
