Christina Hall has something new to say following her recent marriage breakdown.
The HGTV personality received little in return after filing for divorce from estranged husband Josh, who at one point called him a money digger and suggested in her legal documents that he stole from her.
But what about now?
Hall is taking a broader view of life.
“A month later…I finally regained my appetite [and] I started working out again,” the 41-year-old wrote via Instagram Story on Friday, August 9, adding:
“My kids are happy and our house feels like home. Those poor kids adore me [and] Anyone who really knows us knows this, and that’s all that matters.
The Flip or Flop host has daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8, with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. and 4-year-old son Hudson with ex-husband Ant Anstead.
She eventually moved on with Josh and exchanged vows in 2022, until everything fell apart this summer.
In late July, Christina turned on her ex-husband.
“Here I am waiting for the typical hired PR rep’s speech about how I was caught off guard and how I worked on myself and spent time at her ranch to heal,” Hall wrote, standing in front of the so-called BS Josh General. Very It quickly went viral on social media.
Hall’s information also comes amid divorce proceedings in which she accuses Josh of embezzling more than $35,000 she Money from the rental property proceeds was deposited into his personal Wells Fargo account.
This seemed to be the final straw for Hall.
Soon after, Hall dismissed Josh as a greedy, selfish loser.
Josh himself filed for divorce on July 15, citing “irreconcilable differences” and asking for spousal support from country host Christina.
Christina filed a legal document in response on July 24, asking that neither be allowed to request support and listing the real estate involved in the divorce, including their $12 million Newport Beach, California home.
This is also when the interior designer accuses Josh of being a thief.
Christina previously said on social media: “I tried my best to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who tries to take away something they don’t deserve/something they didn’t work for should be ashamed .” She added:
“An insecure, egotistical person will definitely try to cheat on you – but ‘I’m still going to stand up.'” It’s personal.
During her divorce, Christina continued to find peace and comfort in her friends, her “dream” job project, and her children. As she noted in her latest post, she also works with a life coach.
“I let myself be with [my life coach] A promise – I will never give up my peace again,” Christina wrote on Friday. “I will say this: If you ever lose your peace and regain it, you will have a new appreciation for every moment of your life.”
She continued: “Have a huge sense of gratitude for the present moment and presence. If that’s the lesson, I’ll take it.
“When you have a positive mindset, the rest will take care of itself as it always does.”
