green claims her ex-husband has been physically, emotionally and verbally abusive to her… and that his alleged behavior has had a negative impact on their daughter, Adea Nomi.
Kehlani receives court-ordered protection JaVaughn Young-WhiteAccording to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Adea’s father claims he broke in her locked bedroom door in June.
The singer claimed her ex-husband became furious after asking her about a notice in the mail indicating he had applied for public assistance.
She said he was living in her back room and spent his days smoking marijuana, making psychedelic mushrooms and stew in his room, which she said was a pig sty.
Kehlani claims things came to a head when JaVaughn barged into her room and called her a “bitch” and a “liar” … and blamed her for the birth of their daughter, claiming he was “trapped” Live” and his life was “ruined”.
Kehlani said in the doc that she told JaVaughn to beat it that day… and when she walked into the back room where he lived, it was filled with weeds, food, trash and debris.
Kehlani claimed that their 5-year-old daughter would spend long periods of time with Javaughn at that location and would come back smelling like marijuana. She said Javon would often become so excited that he would shout religious rants … and believed he posed a danger to their children while he was in this state.
After five years together, Kehlani said she could no longer endure the “chaos and abuse”… accusing JaVaughn of disturbing her peace of mind and threatening her safety. She said he blocked her and disappeared from the map as he left after the battle in June.
Kehlani said JaVaughn would sometimes pick up their daughter from school and she didn’t know where they were going when they were together.
The judge found that sufficient to sign her a temporary restraining order, prohibiting Javaughn from contacting her or coming within 100 yards of Kehlani or Adeya. She was also awarded sole custody of the little girl…at least until a hearing next month.
