However, she no longer shows her life on YouTube. Fans suspect big changes are afoot.
They are right. Joey and Austin are selling their house move.
Joy Duggar and Austin Forsyth put their house on the market
Longtime followers of the Duggar family and their polarizing misadventures are used to hearing about their family from a variety of sources. Sometimes a gossip blogger. Other times it’s the Department of Homeland Security.
This time, a report from Realtor.com reveals Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth’s big plans.
The pair have listed their Fayetteville, Arkansas home for $369,000.
Austin and Joy-Anna purchased the home in 2016.
Over the next few years, the Voorhees made ongoing improvements to the house.
Joy-Anna and Austin’s goal was obviously to retain the home’s rustic feel while bringing modern comforts to it. They shared a trip to their hometown on their YouTube channel.
Why is Joy Duggar selling her house?
Austin Forsyth and Joy-Anna Duggar put eight years of their lives, lots of money and work into the house.
The house sits on nearly an acre of land. If you like living far away but enjoying lots of conveniences, this property seems to offer the best of both worlds.
Joy and Austin’s lands lead to Kessler Mountain Regional Park. Only 1.5 miles from the highway and 2.5 miles from the University of Arkansas.
As for why Joy-Anna and Austin sold their house and left their hometown… fans don’t quite know.
Sometimes economic factors force people to move. Other times, people have opportunities—dream homes, new jobs, better schools (unfortunately, this is not a factor in the Duggar cult).
There are also deeply personal reasons for moving. Be with those you love, or stay away from those who have wronged you. Joey and Austin may go back to vlogging to explain their actions — but maybe they don’t want to.
Will Joy-Anna move to Los Angeles like Jinger?
Ever since Jinger moved, fans have more or less wanted Joy to move to Los Angeles. Leaving Arkansas means getting away from Jim Bob and Michelle, which can only is a good thing.
Of course, Jinger and Jeremy recently put their house on the market. Even if Vuolos stays in Los Angeles, fans aren’t sure the city is a good fit for Joey.
Even Joey and Austin may not know where their next house will be. We hope they find answers soon.
