Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Desperate to sell their mansion… because they’ve slashed the price again – recently by another $250,000.
This troubled couple’s Georgia home is still stuck on Zillow … and, on Wednesday, they dropped $250,000 on the price — two months after they dropped $300,000 on the offer. The home is currently listed for $3.95 million.

We keep an eye on the prices…they dropped the price by $500,000 in December 2023 and then $100,000 in January – so the market for this impressive home just isn’t there. All told, their asking price has dropped by more than $2 million since it first hit the market.
Remember…Two Agreement reached in June Avoid Foreclosure – Make an agreement with the bank to buy yourself time to get rid of the property. The bank gave them 90 days…but the time was ticking by…and August 26th was up.
If they can’t sell the house and pay the bank by the 26th, the two won’t be able to prevent foreclosure…and the bank will sell the house at a low price.
Zolciak and Biermann’s only financial woes are far from that… Debt collectors and the IRS are swarming around their wallets — all with the couple’s looming divorce trial.
this Trial scheduled for November 5 and 6 If the couple can’t come to an agreement in mediation soon…and considering the explosive nature of their relationship of late, it seems unlikely that they will.
