President Joe Biden He will still be president for the next 95 days or so…and he has made it clear that he will make the most of his remaining time in the Oval Office.
Forty-six journalists were grilled on the motives behind his coordinated diplomatic campaign after three U.S. citizens were released from Russian custody on Thursday. As one reporter asked … is it important for Biden to get this deal done under his administration — especially since he ended his re-election campaign??
Biden appeared to laugh off the issue, telling reporters he had a lot of work to do in the coming months.
He quipped… “Son, you’ve been with me as president for a while. There’s no way out. You’ve got at least another 100 days or so with me.”
The president’s comments come as some Republicans call for Biden to step down now. Their argument is that if he can’t run a political campaign, he can’t run the country.
Biden clearly feels differently. Over the past day or so, he has been on hand and loudly promoting his prisoner trade deal with Russia.
