Meri Brown wants her ex-husband and his second wife to talk to The Hand.
As far as speaking.
The longtime “Sister Wives” cast member appeared on “The Sarah Fraser Show” last Monday and was asked where she and Kody Brown stand… since she and the father of 18 children It has been a year and a half since the marriage ended.
Meri responded that she had “sent a few texts” with Kody and his wife Robin, but it wasn’t an intimate relationship.
The 53-year-old explained: “I’m moving forward with my life now and there are aspects of my life where I still need them to be involved, but my daily life is my best friend.”
“My daily life is about people who help me move forward, and I don’t want to interact with people who don’t help me move forward.”
As we all know, Kody was married to Meri from 1990 to 2014.
But then he divorced his first wife so he could exchange vows with Robin and legally adopt her children from a previous relationship.
Her romance with Cody is coming to an end – here’s only romance over the past decade; the two stopped having sex several years ago — and Meri now says she was getting mixed signals from Robin.
“I think she really wanted me to stay. I think she was sad and came up with this idea as she entered a large, diverse family,” Meili said on July 29.
“But then [her actions] Mismatch. I got that from Cody as well. …There’s a lot of confusion.
In fact, Robin previously said she was mourning the failing state of her polyfamily.
However, within the past three years or so, Kristen, Meri, and Janelle have all moved on from Kody — and they all say that Kody’s apparent preference for Robin played a role in their decision to end those spiritual marriages important role.
Meri and Cody are the parents of a child named Leon.
The former has made it clear several times recently that she is not close to any of her former sister wives.
But she’s not bitter either.
“You know, I’m at peace with myself and I have nothing against Cody,” the TLC star replied in January 2023, addressing fans who might want to trash her ex:
“I don’t now, and I pray I never enjoy making rude and derogatory comments about him, or seeing you make rude and derogatory comments about him.”
Brown also asked people to “consider that we are real people with real lives and real emotions” during the split:
“Please try not to congratulate me on the breakdown of my marriage. I cherish our relationship and look forward to moving into 2023 and my future with grace, kindness, and strength.”
