As you know… Ben has been Living in a Brentwood rental Since moving out of her Bev Hills marital mansion, J Lo has also been spending a lot of time alone… first in Europe and then most recently in New York celebrating her birthday week.

But, get it…Josh said he recently heard that Ben quietly had something in escrow in Brentwood…so BA probably won’t be renting anymore – at least that’s what JF said.
As for the Bev Hills mansion that Ben and Jen spent more than $60 million on, Josh explains why Bennifer probably won’t take a huge financial hit… but they certainly won’t turn a profit either.
