PARIS, France (CelebrityAccess) – American rapper Snoop Dogg was one of the last bears to carry the Olympic torch in the final stages of the Olympic torch relay ahead of the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics on Friday.
In a photo shared on X (formerly Twitter), the 52-year-old rap icon can be seen walking up the stairs of the stadium wearing Olympic gear and holding the torch aloft.
In addition to his duties as a torchbearer, Snoopy will also serve as a special correspondent during NBC’s coverage of the Olympics.

Pharrell Williams joined Grammy Award-winning American singer-songwriter, rapper and producer Snoop in carrying the torch ahead of Friday’s opening ceremony.
Others among Friday’s 100 Torchbearers include sports legends Sergii Bubka, Chris Hoy and Lindsey Vonn.
