LONDON (CelebrityAccess) – Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) signs award-winning composers and musicians Jaskin Fendrix Global publishing agreement with Classics and Film and Television divisions.
director Yorgos Lanthimos Discovered Fendrix through his debut solo album, Winter travel. Lanthimos subsequently commissioned Fendrix to score his first film poor thing. The score earned Fendrix the 2024 Ivor Novello Award for Best Motion Picture Score and was nominated for a BAFTA Award and an Academy Award for Best Original Score, making him the first person ever to win The youngest composer nominated for these honors.
Fendrix also signed on to score two of Lanthimos’ subsequent films, including Kinds of Kindnessreleased last month.
