Reunion.
And it looks and feels good.
Janelle Brown spent some quality time with pal Kristen Brown earlier this week, hanging out with her Sister Wives co-stars for the first time since her son Garrison’s suicide.
The TLC characters met up in Wyoming, prompting Janelle to post a glimpse of the trip on Instagram with the following caption:
“We got to spend this day together, it was much needed! Couldn’t be more grateful for the family. ❤️ #family #familyforlife #familyforever.
The above video shows photos of Kristen smiling with Janelle and her daughter Madison… while Sister Sledge’s “We Are Family” plays in the background.

Notably, Jenelle wore a sweatshirt with the word “Optimist” emblazoned on the front.
Just four months ago, Garrison died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Since then, his mother and Christine (as well as other members of the Brown family) have paid tribute to the troubled young man online.
For example, a few weeks ago, shortly after Mother’s Day, Jenelle wrote a letter to Garrison, writing, “Honey, I love you and miss you every day.”
In the latest case, Janelle shared a video of herself on her Instagram account, where she can be seen admiring the beautiful outdoor scenery.
“Had a great time with my family – Kristen, Maddie and the kids,” she smiles in the video.
“This beautiful reservoir in the mountains of Wyoming. If you are in the US, I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend”
Via the same caption, Brpwn tagged a number of friends and loved ones, including Christine and her husband David Woolley, and gave a like to her daughter Savannah; her ex-sister wife Meri Brown’s child Leon; and Christine’s daughters Aspin Thompson and Gwendolyn.
“Family time! Loving every minute of it!” Jenelle captioned the post.
As for how Jenelle and Cody are doing after their son’s passing?
Meri Brown actually commented on the issue in June.
“I’ve talked to every one of them, and I think there are good days and bad days. I don’t know how that could be possible,” Mellie said of Jenelle and Kody on the Miss Understanding With Rachel Uchitel podcast Shi said.
“Sometimes I see pictures of Garrison and I’m like, ‘Wow. I don’t like this happening. It’s really sad, you know?’
“I feel so much for Janelle. I watched my mom lose two of her children before she passed away… It’s a tragedy.
