Ellen DeGeneres’ comeback threat claims: She’s not real As despicable as it has been described.
Anyone can make a claim against someone. but so Many people shared horror stories about Ellen. Some are in the service industry, others are staff members on her own (former) show.
However, to hear Ellen tell it, she was just defending herself… and was kicked out of Hollywood for it.
It looks like she’s gearing up for a comeback after being canceled. We should all be as scared as we were waiting for her in the restaurant.
In 2020, a group of critics exposed Ellen DeGeneres
It wasn’t until the scandal led to her public downfall in 2020 that some heard allegations that Ellen DeGeneres might be a lot meaner than her public persona suggested.
Others have read anecdotes about adverse encounters online, heard them first-hand, or experienced her side of the story first-hand. Some service industry professionals are as afraid of meeting her as they are of waiting for Jennifer Lopez.
What really brought things to light was when frustrated employees on her show publicly described a horrific toxic work environment. Wider condemnation followed – including from other celebrities.
When it came to her show, some of the producers ended up getting a lot of flak for the working environment.
It seems like the people in charge really, really want people to forget that Allen has been painted as the culprit. (Perhaps this has set the stage for Ellen DeGeneres’ comeback)
According to Allen, her mistake was not noticing what others were doing. This could have been a mistake on her part, but it masks a lot of What people say about Allen’s behavior
Is she just a tragically misunderstood “strong woman”?
according to SFGATEEllen DeGeneres recently went on a rant during a talk show in Santa Rosa, California.
“I’m a lot of things, but I’m not mean,” she claimed while performing to a rather packed room.
From here, her defense seems to start indirectly blaming all her critics for not liking the fact that she is a successful woman.
Her defensive claims continued, defining her actions as asserting herself—standing up for herself.
“I can be demanding, impatient, and tough,” Allen described. She then described: “I’m a strong woman.”
Historically, many bullies described their behavior simply as don’t back down or stay strongeven if the person they torture is completely powerless.
Watch out: Ellen DeGeneres appears to be gearing up for a comeback
Allen made similar assertions during a stand-up special in the spring, positioning himself as a victim who had to do this recover.
Clearly, she’s not a one-dimensional person. She is a real person with good and bad qualities. Unfortunately, when a person’s alleged bad qualities make other people’s lives worse, it’s better to acknowledge those flaws rather than pretend it’s just a bunch of malicious rumors.
Ellen didn’t abandon her defensive stance. And, like many other comedians accused of egregious behavior, Ellen will have a Netflix special this fall. Netflix has a very strange business model.
