It’s the end of an era for The Real Housewives of Atlanta .
But this could be the start of an ugly legal battle.
On Tuesday, multiple sources confirmed that Kenya Moore is leaving the aforementioned series after 11 seasons as a main cast member.
but the reason is Why a little complicated…
Why Kenya Moore was fired from ‘RHOA’
Moore was suspended from Season 16 earlier this year after she allegedly released explicit posters of newcomer Brittany Eady apparently performing oral sex.
TMZ broke the story about Moore seemingly being forced out of the show, and according to TMZ, the drama began when Edie threatened the veteran star during filming of the upcoming season… and even used a weapon at one point.
However, no gun was found on the set, and there is no evidence that Edie ever mentioned using one.
However, after a fight with Edie, Kenya breached Bravo’s code of conduct by displaying an X-rated poster of her costar at her hair spa grand opening.
Hence the pause described above.

There is now disagreement over whose decision Moore left the program.
“Kenya will not be returning to RHOA this season. For example, a source told Entertainment Tonight that she decided leaving was the best option for her after she felt how the incident was handled and how she was treated.
However, TMZ claims that Moore is considering taking legal action against the network because of the way everything happened.
She believed her safety was threatened by Edie and did not believe she was an actor who should be punished.
Moore, meanwhile, vaguely hinted at her decision to exit the series in a tweet this week, writing:
“You are the best fans anyone could ask for. I love you all so much. Always, forever.
The former Miss America added “#TeamTwirlForever,” referring to her fan base.
Is Bravo a sinking ship?
This latest controversy comes amid many other Bravo controversy.
Earlier this year, Leah McSweeney sued the cable network, accusing it of providing her with drugs and alcohol.
In February, Brandi Glanville accused Andy Cohen of sexual harassment.
Not long ago, after news of Moore’s suspension broke, she said on Instagram Live:
“I will never understand the lengths people will go to to disparage your name or destroy your business.
“Please don’t bother me. I’m a single mom. I’m here like everyone else. I don’t get child support, I don’t get anything. I’m taking care of my daughter by myself.
