The actor took on the “SmartLess” podcast and said he’s putting all his energy into his recent recovery — which, of course, comes after he recovers. Crushed by snowplow 2023 – which is why he’s apparently unavailable for certain roles for the time being.

JR explains that when he’s in front of the camera, he can no longer take on challenging parts because it just consumes too much of his time…i.e., he doesn’t have the time/energy anymore.
Jeremy went on to say he’s terrified of The Mayor of Kingston Season 3 returning in January… explaining, “Because I’m supposed to be writing some fucking novel? I’m still trying to live in reality, I’m trying to live , so that’s a hard line for me to cross.
In other words…he’s so focused on trying to get back on track with real life that he can’t muster the extra charisma he needs to disappear into a character that requires a lot of investment from him.
Luckily for Jeremy, he was able to reprise his role as “MOK” as the role was very familiar and didn’t take much time to get into character – but he said that if he was pitched for the “MOK” role , Jeffrey Dahmer-A similar role…he has to pass because he can’t do it now.
Jeremy was recently announced to star in the hit new film Knives Out, his first film since the accident. So despite his concerns, he’s definitely still working in the industry and getting gigs.
