Then I came up with the teamwork point. Whenever they They all get points for being kind or helpful to each other, and I record it on a piece of paper on the refrigerator. When they reach their collective teamwork goal, they get ice cream with their favorite team (the Dolphins). The first week or two were slow going, but then it started to look very heartwarming.
