CB recalls a moment when then-Vice-President Dan Quayle ——President from 1989 to 1993 George H.W. Bush — public criticism of the show led to Murphy’s decision to raise her daughter as a single mother.
We’ve come this far, Bergen said sarcastically — saying we’ll never let a Republican vice presidential candidate attack women for having children … and ending the moment with a “meow.”
This joke got several stars – e.g. Jon Stewart and Mindy Kaling – LOL… Many stars gave Candace a round of applause.

Of course, Bergen refers to J.D. Vance …who has made many statements about not having children – calling women No Child “Sociopath” and add “cat lady without kids” no direct equity in the country’s future.
Vance has received a lot of criticism for his comments in recent days…including from Taylor Swift on her Kamala Harris Endorsement ——She proudly calls herself the “childless cat lady”.
Candace seems to be standing up for all moms out there…and, you’d have to think Vance was feeling the “Me-Owch.”
