tom brady After his first NFL game with Fox, he knew he still had some issues to work out… acknowledging his performance wasn’t perfect but confident he would improve.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion detailed his TV performance in his latest vlog … which shows him relaxing on a private jet after the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Cleveland Browns in Week 1.
When asked how he felt about his outing, Brady, 47, said it felt good to start the game … especially considering all the emotions surrounding his debut.
“I’m not tired from playing, I’m just tired from accumulation,” TB12 said in his “Last Week” series. “Emotional energy, a lot of emotion building up, but not quite knowing how things are going to turn out.”
“It’s definitely fun, there’s definitely some stuff to clean up. So it’s all a learning process, man.”
Brady also shared a video of a FaceTime call he had with his son … saying he was thinking about him the entire game and couldn’t wait to get home and give him a hug.
While some had some harsh criticism of Brady’s first use of the microphone, he said sharing analysis in the booth is what he should be doing.
“It feels like I’m doing what I’m supposed to do. Things are going to get better.”
