Hill’s team lays out each issue … saying the officer twice put his hands around his neck, forced him out of the sports car and placed him face down on the pavement.
They also noticed the officer put his knee on Hill’s back and his hand on the back of Hill’s neck… even though he said he was willing to comply with orders, as he forced the handcuffed Super Bowl champion to sit on the ground. He used force again.

Hill’s team also found that the officer’s statement that he ignored recent surgery on his knee was completely false.
“We believe the officer’s use of force was excessive, escalating and reckless,” the statement read. “We demand that the officer be terminated immediately.”
Hill’s team said Sunday’s events were yet another reminder of what black and minority ethnic communities deal with every day … and the recipients want to help change that.
“While we in no way accuse the officer of being a racist, we do accuse law enforcement customs and practices of being discriminatory and oppressive against black and minority ethnic communities from a historical perspective,” the statement read.
“We cannot ignore that fact and remain silent on this issue just because this is a difficult conversation.”
As we previously reported, Hill was ultimately cited twice As a result of the interception… one officer was placed on “administrative duties.”
