It looks like Kurt got a big deal here…the place was listed for $42.5 million in 2022…and he bought it for $20 million less. As we speak, Kurt is one of the most successful real estate agents in the United States.
Lee and Farrah lived here in the 1970s…and in recent years, tenants have included the co-founder of Google Sergey Brin and music boss Jimmy Iovine.
Kurt has a lot of celebrity clients, but he’s also probably richer than most of them…because he buys extremely expensive properties, and this place is no exception.
The oceanfront compound looks directly out onto Cape Cod… The property features an oceanfront deck, private patio, separate guest house, media room, custom kitchen, and ocean views from nearly every room.
The seller here is Juliana TherianThe CEO and owner of Rallye Motor Company… She purchased the place for $18 million back in 2012 and was Cooper’s Mountain and Joyce Rey.
Meanwhile, Kurt was also involved in the deal.
