Tamra Judge is no longer the same woman.
We don’t mean this in a metaphorical sense either.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star opened up this week about how she recently had a series of beauty jobs done… and even shared a video of her recovery after undergoing CO2 laser treatments for a brow lift and a blue chemical peel .
The 57-year-old posted her first video on Instagram on August 31, writing at the time:
“Seven years ago, I had a lower body plastic surgery but skipped the upper half – like painting a house and forgetting to decorate. Stay tuned for updates!
The judge did not disappoint.
She provided some pretty detailed updates to her followers.
For example, the Bravo character’s face was tinted a light blue as she recovered from said treatment, though via her Sept. 1 update, things got even more shocking… The reality star’s face, My neck and chest were very swollen.
There’s definitely a lot to get used to with these uploads.
“Day 3 and the swelling is making a statement,” Judge captioned her Instagram video, adding online:
“Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s happening.”
For the record, a brow lift is also known as a forehead lift. This is a plastic surgery procedure that improves the appearance of the forehead, brows, and upper eye area by raising the brows.
At the same time, carbon dioxide lasers can help prevent or treat skin cancer by shrinking and destroying tissue with little bleeding or damage to surrounding tissue.
Dermatologists may use these lasers to treat precancerous actinic keratosis or, in some cases, certain types of early-stage skin cancer.
“The swelling is probably the worst right now,” Judge said in response to one of the more dramatic clips. “I didn’t know it was going to get worse. It felt like my skin was going to explode. You could see it was starting to ooze pus. I could barely keep my eyes open.
But we’re guessing it’s for the greater good of the star?

In 2023, the Real Housewives star got candid about all her previous work during a Q&A with fans.
“Botox. I don’t do fillers! I also keep my face out of the sun,” she said at the time. “I like IPL [intense pulsed light therapy] Once a year.
She added with her lips:
“I’ve had them plumped up several times. Every other year I get the urge when I see someone with full lips.
