STOCKHOLM, Sweden (CelebrityAccess) — Sony Music Publishing Scandinavia has announced the promotions of Christoffer Lindh, who has been named Head of A&R, and Atena Banisaid, who has been named General Manager of the company’s Stockholm office.
In his new role at SMP, Lindh will be responsible for the music publisher’s A&R operations. He worked on the Sony Music Publishing team for over a decade and helped sign a number of successful songwriters, producers and artists, including Yung Lean and the Sad Boys, Cashmere Cat, Scarlet Pleasure, Ronni Vindahl, Aron Chupa and Augustine, among others.
“It’s been a lot of fun and inspiring to take on this new role. I started my career here and have had the privilege to grow and learn under Johnny’s leadership. I’m honored to lead our amazing A&R team and together we will continue to build on our Build on the foundation already established.
In his role as general manager, Banisaid will focus on team building and operational management of the division. She will continue to represent SMP Scandinavia on the Board of Directors of the Swedish Music Publishers Association and contribute to the A&R team.

In their new roles, Lindh and Banisaid will continue to report to Johnny Tennander, managing director of Sony Music Publishing Scandinavia and senior vice president of A&R International.
