The former reality star will become a father in just over nine months!
We’re making this bold prediction because Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 12th child got engaged to girlfriend Maddie Grace on Friday, August 30.
The joint announcement on Instagram comes just three months after Duggar announced his proposal.
“On August 24th, Jase proposed to me and I couldn’t be more excited!!” McGrady wrote in the title of the above post. “Thank you @kaylajohnsonphoto_ for capturing this special moment so beautifully????????? #spring2025.
“She said yes!” Jason later added in the comments section of the photo and message.
In one photo included in the romantic and completely unstaged bash… we see the soon-to-be lovers looking into each other’s eyes while Maddie holds her hand – showing off her engagement ring ! — on her future husband’s chest.
Their outfits are also very coordinated.

In May, Jason confirmed his relationship with Grace on Instagram through a montage of photos showing the two dancing on the beach and embracing in the ocean.
He captioned the set of images with a white heart.
Photographer Kayla Johnson captured Jason and Maddie’s engagement photos and gushed about the upcoming couple on her social media accounts.
“Jace is the most heart-warming, kind-hearted person, and Maddie fits that energy perfectly,” she said. “She is truly the most beautiful ball of light in any room. I can’t imagine a more adorable duo and I can’t wait to see them officially become a couple!!
Johnson added:
“What a joy it is to see God do something beautiful between two people.”
Jason’s engagement bombshell comes just weeks after his sister Jana Duggar married Stephen Wissmann on August 15 in Prairie Grove, Arkansas back.
“I think it’s one of those things that every girl dreams of happening one day,” Jana told People of her wedding two days before it took place.
“For me, it felt like, ‘Well, it’s never going to come.’ But now it’s starting to sink in.
“Just to see it happen is unbelievable, a little unbelievable. It’s a dream come true.
