Horror scene at the scene fat spoon concert…where he passed out on stage and received CPR, according to witnesses…and TMZ caught it all on video.
The legendary hip-hop hypeman appeared to have suffered a medical emergency while performing at a downtown park in Hamden, Connecticut, on Friday.

People who were there at the time said that Fatman Schoop fell to the ground and passed out… and people rushed to perform CPR. Authorities tell us they were dispatched to a medical emergency at 8:33 p.m.
Video shows medical staff performing chest compressions on someone behind the DJ booth…people in the crowd said it was Fatman Scoop.
The music suddenly stops and the crowd goes silent…you hear the murmur of Fatman Scoop being given CPR.
Those who filmed the footage said they saw Fatman Scoop fall… and he was eventually taken out on a stretcher.
It’s unclear what caused this…but hopefully Fatman can pull through.
Over the years, Fatman Scoop has collaborated with many of the biggest names in hip-hop… with Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey and Jermaine Dupree …just to name a few.
