Another source who spoke to the outlet said Joe caught Sophie crossing the line at his own home.
“Jo used a ring camera, which he said captured Sophie saying and/or doing things that made him realize the marriage was over,” the report reads.
Later, an insider revealed US Weekly This is actually NBD. Sophie was allegedly caught on camera talking “somewhat negatively” about Joe with a friend, and according to the source, “That was all, but that was the last straw.”
To be honest, the suggestion that Sophie was too much of a party girl to sustain a marriage left a lot of people skeptical.
When the tables turned, the report described Joe as “overly controlling” and insensitive to Sophie’s needs. At one point, it was suggested that Joe, after Sophie had her second child, force her to attend public events before she was ready.

However, while fans may have believed it would be a revenge album, Joe was quick to squash rumors that his songs would destroy his ex.
“I’m not here for anyone on this album,” he said. “I’m not trying to make things explode. I have a great life and I’m grateful for that. I have two beautiful kids. I’m a happy person and the music needs to be similar to that and the journey to get here needs to be similar.
