Customer service at Six Flags Mexico is really raising eyebrows – a group of park guests were left in a miserable situation during a very bad weather event.
Watch the video… The SkyScreamer ride suddenly stopped, leaving passengers suspended in mid-air… leaving them dangling high above the ground for nearly 10 minutes.
If that wasn’t scary enough, the glitch happened when torrential rain poured down on the theme park in Mexico City.
The incident was horrifying…and not just because of the bad weather…several riders clung desperately to the metal chains, with some screaming in terror.
Thankfully, no one was injured in last week’s incident… Six Flags Mexico later confirmed that the severe weather was causing ride delays on the SkyScreamer and other affected attractions.
theme park continued …”Unfortunately, the storm intensified during the evacuation process, causing some uncomfortable moments for our guests. Park staff attended to all guests and no incidents were reported. Sky Screamers recovered quickly normal operation.
This isn’t the first chaotic incident at Six Flags this summer. As TMZ previously reported…a little boy had to be rescued after fall He fell into a man-made river when the Roaring Rapids ride malfunctioned at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington.
No one was hurt in that incident, but it made for a great viral video… circulating around the internet for days.
People go to Six Flags for the thrill, not the unexpected splashes and chills!
