For anyone online these days, and especially TikTok, it’s almost impossible not to be bombarded with trending posts about “very dignified, very thoughtful”…and now someone is taking action to lock down the rights to this catchphrase.

It’s unclear if Jools is behind the trademark — their government name is unknown — but as we noted before, the person filing the document listed a Washington state address… and used a Nevada area code Phone number…and Jools is apparently based in the Windy City.
According to the document, whoever is behind the trademarked app wants to use it for advertising, marketing, and promotional services.
The trend is really taking off… and Hollywood stars are jumping on the bandwagon, including jennifer lopez, kim kardashian and Lindsay Lohan …just to name a few.
