NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) – Hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion is taking a break from her current Hot Girls Summer Tour to take on hosting duties at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
Although Megan Thee Stallion has won the VMA twice before, this will be the first time Megan Thee Stallion will host the annual awards show.
In addition to her hosting duties, she has been nominated for several awards this year,
Megan has five nominations this year, including “Best Collaboration” with bandmate GloRilla and “Best Hip Hop,” the same category she was last nominated for in 2020 for her chart-topping song “Savage.”
The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards will be held on September 11 at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York.
