In new documents obtained by TMZ … Maryland’s chief medical examiner announced that the internet star died of an arrhythmia caused by myocardial fibrosis, meaning her irregular heartbeat was essentially caused by scarring of the heart muscle.
Her toxicology report found no signs of alcohol…but she had diphenhydramine (a common antihistamine sold under other brands as diphenhydramine) and mitragynine (a commonly used Tested positive for alkaloids (alkaloids used to treat pain).
There’s been a lot of speculation about Kyle’s death in recent months…especially after the revelations about her parents call She asked for a welfare check after seeing a disturbing post on her TikTok account.
Kyle is known for posting Hollywood blind spots and showbiz gossip on the social media platform… but it’s unclear which specific uploads sparked concern among her loved ones.
As TMZ previously reported … the Annapolis Police Department went to Kyle’s apartment in April because her parents hadn’t heard from her in a while … where she discovered deceased.
Kyle’s loved ones later confirmed her death on social media… Kyle’s sister Lindsay told fans that the cause of death was still unknown, further fueling speculation about her death.

Lindsay added at the time… “I know she touched a lot of people with her humor, wit, beauty, gossip, athleticism and so much more – she had so many gifts.”
Kyle is only 36 years old.
