Jack died Thursday, leaving his family … including wife Heather Ann and son Matthew Herkoplus his cousins and some friends…according to his band.
Russell family spokesman Kuala Lumpur Doty TMZ tells TMZ …Jack died of Lewy body dementia and multiple system atrophy.
Jack announced his diagnosis last month as he retired from touring… Both conditions can affect motor skills.
Jack’s band commemorates his “humor, extraordinary zest for life and unshakable contribution to rock and roll, and his legacy will always thrive”.

Jack sang for Great White from 1981 to 1996, and in 1996 he attempted a solo career. After the release of his first solo album, he returned to Great White until the label’s disbandment in 2001.
From that point on, Jack changed the band’s name to Jack Russell’s Great White… He toured with the band in 2003, when they performed in a pub. rhode island nightclubs This included a pyrotechnic display that started a fire that killed 100 people.
Jack is 63 years old.
