(CelebrityAccess) — Grammy-nominated artists Seun Kuti and Egypt 80 have announced plans to tour venues and festivals across Europe and the UK later this year.
The “Heavier Yet” tour kicked off on October 10th at the Fiesta des Suds in Marseille, France, and is scheduled to hit 27 additional venues and festivals before concluding on December 14th at WinterFuse in Bruges, Belgium.
Kuti will be touring in support of their upcoming album Heavier Yet (Lays the Crownless Head), which is set to be released on October 4th via Milanese label Record Kicks.
Following Seun Kuti’s successful US tour, they performed in the US and Canada with The Soul Rebels and Red Hot Chili Peppers in June and July.
