cleveland browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. He was arrested Tuesday morning after reportedly pointing a gun at his fiancée’s head during a domestic dispute on Monday.
The defensive lineman, who was just selected in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, was involved in the altercation in Avon, Ohio, around 10 p.m. … That’s according to an incident report obtained by the NFL . chronicle telegraph.
The outlet reported that police were called to the scene after the mother of Hall’s fiancée said the 21-year-old football player was rough with her daughter and hit her with a baby bottle during an argument.
The alleged victim accused Hall of dragging her into the driveway during the argument, then putting a gun to her head and yelling “I’m going to end this,” according to reports. Two guns were reportedly found in the home.
Damage inside the home indicated a fight had occurred, the report said.
After Hall’s arrest, the Browns said in a statement that they were aware of the incident and were “gathering additional information and will have no further comment at this time.”
Hall Jr. starred at Ohio State before joining the Browns this offseason … and just played in his first professional preseason game over the weekend against the Packers.
