LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Following the success of his recent first tour, up-and-coming comedian Matt Matthews has announced details for his next national comedy tour, “Boujee On A Budget.”
The 52-date tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off on October 25 at Proctors in Schenectady, New York, with dates scheduled throughout the U.S. during the winter and spring, culminating on May 3 at Pie in Denver. Ending at Ramon Theater.
On this tour, Matthews will cover a range of comedy topics, including his personal experiences in stand-up comedy, daily life on the farm, his career as a boudoir photographer, and more. He will also bring his “Confessions with Matt” video series to the live stage, providing improv comedy performances to audiences who volunteer to share their deepest, dark secrets.
“As a broke gay kid from the South, I always dreamed of being a performer, but let’s be honest, these big dreams usually don’t come true,” he continued. “Thankfully, I decided to take a chance and take a gamble. I never thought in my life that I would sign an incredible deal with Live Nation for a second headlining tour without the overwhelming support of the fans. To this point, I’m so excited, honored and humbled that so many people believe in me and I can’t wait to get back on that stage! Boogie’s budget is going to be crazy,” Matthews said.
Matthews is repped by CAA, Vault Entertainment and Rogers & Cowan/PMK.
