The country singer’s five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Sunshine State’s Panhandle is up for sale, TMZ has learned. Luke’s asking price is $12.95 million — an astronomical sum — but one buyer clearly thinks it’s worth it.

The 4,645-square-foot house sits on more than an acre of land on Santa Rosa Beach, adjacent to the bayside pool—and on some days walking the 100-plus extra steps doesn’t seem worth it—heart-shaped pine floors, Raised ceilings and modern kitchens with the latest appliances.
The house has multiple balconies on its 4 floors… and there is an elevator that takes the owners from the living room to the top floor for easy access.
Despite all the amenities, Luke seems to be having some trouble finding a buyer… The house originally came on the market in late 2022 for $18 million, but he slashed the price by 3x.
At this time, a sale has not been finalized, but if all goes according to plan, it looks like LB may finally be leaving Florida Gulf Coast after a year and a half of trying.
