Rick Ross is facing a new legal challenge… because a man just sued him, claiming Ross failed to ensure his car show was accessible to people with disabilities.
a man named Darius Strout Ross is being sued because he says Ross promoted his car show as a dream opportunity to visit his property… but he says he didn’t get the chance… because the wheelchair accessible shuttle never arrived for him to attend event—despite his claims that he was given multiple assurances, there will be one.

Darris said he paid for travel, lodging and a ticket to the Rick Ross Car and Bike Show – and even sold his car – and claimed he contacted the venue two weeks in advance to let them know He needs reasonable accommodation for his wheelchair.
He claims car show organizers told him they would have a shuttle bus take him from the parking lot to the event… but he said after waiting for hours, the car never came. Fed up, he gave up his ticket and returned to his hotel.
Darius and his lawyer, Mr. John Hooversaid organizers promised to refund anyone who didn’t attend the event… but said no one followed up with him.
He’s suing Rick for breach of contract, unjust enrichment and violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act… He’s seeking damages and an order forcing the show to provide handicap access in the future.
