Prince Harry is set to receive a massive inheritance that his royal brothers will be unable to do anything about.
The Duke of Sussex is about to celebrate a landmark birthday. What followed was a huge inheritance.
The money came from a royal fund set up by his late great-grandmother.
A resentful Prince William and Kate Middleton, according to a new report smoke On top of this.
Prince Harry will receive huge inheritance
Prince Harry will turn 40 on September 15th.
He will then receive an inheritance of $8.5 million. This was the wish of the late Queen Elizabeth, not Queen Elizabeth II. This is her “mother”, the Queen Mother.
Harry’s great-grandmother, who died in 2002, established a $90 million trust fund for her family. One of the provisions is that Prince Harry will receive his share when he turns 40.
according to a report closerPrince William and Kate Middleton are bitter about Prince Harry inheriting his late great-grandmother’s legacy.
“William is absolutely disgusted that Harry is cashing out again and returning to his Montecito home with millions of dollars,” an inside source complained.
(Just for the record, this is how inheritance usually works. Unless you’re in a murder mystery where everyone solves clues in a mansion to get the inheritance, then yes, you fill out the paperwork and get the funds. But we digress… …)
Prince William will reportedly reject Prince Harry’s claim to the throne
“There’s nothing he can do about it other than shake his head,” the insider stressed.
“But if it had been up to him,” the insider claimed, “Harry wouldn’t have gotten this payday.” Even for a sibling feud, it’s pretty morbid.
“William doesn’t think his brother is eligible for this handout,” the source detailed. “He made it known that he thought this was a very bad situation.”
Apparently, the anguished prince believed his brother was “rewarded after the horrendous treatment he meted out to them all”.
As heir to the throne, William collected millions of dollars from the Duchy of Cornwall (an estate worth about $1 billion), and he could certainly afford treatment to ease his mood.
“William and Kate don’t trust Harry or Meghan at all,” the source asserts. “So the idea that Harry is now cashing in on his great-grandmother’s inheritance leaves them with a very bitter taste.”
William should probably find someone else to blame
He can wear his knickers (or whatever British term he likes) all he wants, but Prince William shouldn’t blame Harry for his inheritance issues.
William reportedly didn’t receive as many gifts as Harry on his 40th birthday. It could just be a result of the increased trust between his birthday and Harry’s.
At the age of 40, Prince William also received Ceremonial Bell Concert at Westminster Abbey. While this might lead anyone to search for the culprit, William might wisely resent his ancestors rather than his brother.
Prince Harry is forging his own path in life. It was not William’s fault that he lacked the same courage.
