ATLANTA, GA (CelebrityAccess) – Tickets for Good announced today Don Orris has been named president of the company’s North American business operations and expansion.
Orris has over 20 years of experience in the live events and ticketing industry. He served as Ticketmaster’s executive vice president, responsible for managing the largest and most profitable of the six regions in North America, including the western U.S. region of Hawaii. In this role, he also led 15 direct reports, including 9 general managers, 6 regional directors and 250 indirect reports, overseeing 13 markets and 17 million tickets.
Prior to joining Tickets for Good North America, Orris served as an independent consultant to various entertainment companies and represented organizations at trade shows and industry conferences such as the Billboard Touring Conference, International Entertainment Buyers Association, INTIX and Pollstar Live! in Los Angeles. Clients served in Angeles, New York, Montreal and London.

Mr Orris explained. “I saw this opportunity to not only help them achieve their goal of distributing tickets, but also to leverage my relationships with major event promoters and professional sports organizations to further their mission in North America. I am extremely excited to join Tickets for Good and To do something more charitable than anything I’ve ever done.
In this new role, Orris will lead North American expansion, including Canada, and oversee markets as a member of the Tickets for Good global team. Mr. Rimmer continued, “This is a major step forward in our global expansion, following our launch in Sheffield, UK, and expansion to Atlanta in Spring 2023. We hope that under Don’s leadership, we will continue to grow rapidly and become a company that can serve our customers every day. Supported by Tier 1 customers we speak to in the live music, theater and sports events markets, while working with the world’s largest ticketing retailers as our partners. Mr. Orris’ new role also includes managing client relationships and key accounts, contract negotiations and overall growth in the U.S. market.
