charles seversThe actor best known for his work on the Halloween franchise has passed away … and his agent, Chris Rowe, has confirmed the news.
As Charles’ representative said typeThe actor died Sunday in Tucson, Arizona, after a brief illness. No other details about the cause of death were released.
In his statement, Roy recalled his long-time client as a “lovable and sensitive man” who he considered a dear friend.
He added… “He always had the best stories and when he told them you got the full show.”

The Halloween series isn’t Charles’ only collaboration with Carpenter, as he’s also appeared in several of the famed director’s projects… including Assault on Precinct 13, The Mist, and Escape from New York.
Charles has also appeared in many television productions, including “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “ER,” “Seinfeld,” “JAG,” “Dallas,” “Hill Street Blues” and more.
He is 85 years old.
